Skeletons of Society was a highly anticipated read for me, and it certainly did not disappoint, with all the hype on social media I honestly couldn't wait to get stuck into it, and I'm so glad I did. This is Marie's debut book and you would absolutely NEVER guess it. Her writing is beautiful and it completely sucked me in from page one.

The characters in this book completely sold me... let's start with Ryan, my lord what an absolute boss bitch! She is up there with my fav FMC of all time, she is sassy, takes no prisoners, loves a bit of violence, and can make any strong man look weak - don't we all love that! Mix that with a super possessive, dirty-talking MMC Gunner, and you have a wild ride. These two are SO good together, I loved the chemistry they had right from the get-go, and the way Gunner supports his badass woman is *chefs kiss*.

This book will surprise you, it's filled with twists you won't see coming, hilarious banter, an intriguing plot, super hot dirty talk, amazing side characters (hello psycho golden retriever Dex), and some amazing Cartel/MC drama.

If this is only the start for Marie I absolutely can't wait to see what comes next!

"Her beauty came from the strength to weather the storms life had thrown at her."
