Meagan Brandy… I was definitely not prepared for Say you Swear! What an emotional rollercoaster I have just been on. Pretty sure I spent 35% of the book in tears, so thanks for that haha.

This is one of those few books that seriously impacted me on a deeper level, I was completely engrossed in the story right from the start and the development of the relationship between (it’s a secret) and Ari had me hooked. This book completely shattered my heart, and then somehow stuck the pieces back together. This is truly one EPIC love story.

Meagan’s writing was incredible as usual, and I could completely immerse myself in her story, which is something I look for in new reads. I was so engaged in this one it almost felt like I was with them all on their journey.

Ah the characters!! All the characters were written well, and had an intriguing depth, making me want to know a little more about each of them. Our H… the most selfless, dedicated, kind and caring character I think I have ever read. As many others have said he definitely deserves the best book boyfriend of the year (if not ever). The relationship between the two is simply perfection, the heartache, pain, love, loss, and everything in between is so powerful and realistic, and it will leave you with some overwhelming emotions at the end… you have been warned.

One of my favourite reads for 2022, and another reason to cement the Queen Meagan Brandy as a one-click author. I am yet to be disappointed by any of her work, and I can’t wait to see what she comes up with next.
